There is a tollway where you can go up Mt. Iwaki by car up to the 8th stop. And from the parking lot, you will be greeted by a beautiful panoramic scene and if you look below, you can see a sea of clouds. There is also a lift that goes up to the 9th stop. This will let you reach the summit easily.
